What is the minimum credit purchase?

The minimum top-up is €5. You can add more at any time — €10, €25, €50, €100, or a custom amount.

Do credits expire?

Yes, unused credits expire after 1 year from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to use them at your own pace.

What happens when my credits run out?

When your balance reaches zero, Mia pauses work until you add more credits. No surprise charges. You can enable auto-reload to keep things running without interruption.

What is auto-reload?

Auto-reload automatically tops up your account when your balance drops below a threshold you set. For example: reload €10 when balance falls below €2. You can enable, disable, or adjust it anytime.

Are all features available to every user?

Yes. There are no tiers or feature gates. Every user has access to everything — posts, images, video, follow-up, ad management, and full Mia conversations. You only pay for what you use.

Is ad spend included in the pricing?

Panda's pricing covers strategy, creative, and campaign management. The actual ad spend (the budget paid to Meta, Google, or TikTok) is your own, managed in your own ad accounts. Mia recommends minimum budgets based on your goals.

Who owns the content Panda creates?

You do. Permanently. Every piece of content created by Panda for your business is your intellectual property. No licensing, no restrictions, no fine print.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used. After 14 days, all credit purchases are final. Contact us if you have questions.
